Shayna Cavanaugh, Esq.
20+ Years Family Law Experience
Shayna Cavanaugh brings over two decades of family law experience to her mediation practice, helping clients navigate complex marital and family disputes with compassion and expertise. Her approach focuses on understanding what matters most to each individual and family, facilitating resolutions that serve everyone's best interests.
Having handled hundreds of divorce, paternity, and domestic violence cases throughout her career, Shayna understands the emotional and legal complexities families face during transition. Her early work with Legal Aid of Collier County taught her to customize solutions for diverse circumstances, while her extensive advocacy for domestic violence victims deepened her sensitivity to the unique challenges many families encounter.
A Naples resident since 1997, Shayna and her husband Dan raised two children in the community and enjoy the outdoors and traveling in their free time.

Daphne Cavanaugh earned both her MA in Conflict Resolution and Mediation and her MBA from Tel Aviv University, giving her a strong foundation in both mediation practice and the financial and business complexities that often arise in family disputes.
Daphne brings both the training and the temperament to help people work through difficult transitions thoughtfully, whether they are facing divorce, co-parenting challenges, or prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
She is dedicated to helping Florida families move forward with clarity, and with agreements that reflect what matters most to them.
